Studying to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Functional Diagnostic Nutritional Practitioner has opened my eyes so much to the power of a whole food, nutrient dense diet more than I could ever imagine.
One of the biggest game changers for me came when I started making a conscious effort to get more (healthy) fats into my diet.
Since I’ve always been a chocolate gal – I love experimenting with new chocolate recipes that satisfy my chocolate craving (and my sweet tooth).
The recipe that I came up with is sugar free, dairy free, gluten free and DELISH!
First of all I just want to say that Eating Evolved is one of my FAVORITE chocolate companies. They make amazing chocolate that is made from super clean ingredients! In this recipe I use their 100% Midnight Coconut Dark Chocolate which I am obsessed with (although it is super bitter if you eat it plain!)
*Keep in freezer to ensure these don’t melt. This should make 9-12 pieces of chocolate depending on how big you make each piece.
